About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Therapist to join our growing Brisbane team!

In this role, you will provide evidence-based therapy to clients with a range of communication and swallowing needs, working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, we will provide the support and professional development you need to thrive!

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring clients receive tailored Speech Therapy services that are individualised, person-centred and strength based in line with the values of our service delivery model.
• Providing a high standard of service for clients with both communication needs and dysphagia management / mealtime management needs.
• Collaborating and being a part of an allied health multidisciplinary team
• Working with a varied caseload of adult clients aged 16 years and over
• Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staying up to date with latest research and treatment techniques

About you..
We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist who is looking for a new challenge. This is an opportunity for you to make a positive impact in our client lives and would suit someone who is client focussed and passionate about making a difference.

• SPA-registered Speech Therapist (or eligibility for registration)
• Tertiary level qualifications in Speech Therapy
• Passion for client-centered, evidence-based therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and innovative mindset
• Strong commitment and professionalism to customer centred care
• Highly motivated and a positive attitude
• Current driver’s license
