Chronic Kidney Disease Educator - Western Australia
You will be working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide education and support for Chronic Kidney Disease patients and their families.
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary of $120,380.00 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
- Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum
- Annual airfare of $1,800 per annum after 12 months of service
- Optional salary sacrifice up to $30,000 per annum
- Permanent Full-Time position

Your key responsibilities will include
- Delivering clinical practice and education for Chronic Kidney Disease patients, local service providers and the community.
- Developing and maintain clinical standards in alignment with best practices.
- Promoting services and engage in advocacy for renal health in the community.
- Participating in service planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Have an un-restricted AHPRA Registration
- Be able to provide training and education across various settings.
- Have a current National Police Clearance and a C class driver's licence.
- Willingness to travel throughout the region as required.
