URGENT: Female Disability Support Workers Needed – Immediate Start | Warnervale NSW

Are you an experienced Disability Support Worker looking for immediate shifts with a supportive team?

We are currently seeking NDIS-experienced Female Support Workers to join a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Warnervale, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated support workers who are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people living with disability.

Location
📍 Warnervale NSW (Songlark Avenue)

Available Shifts (Weekdays & Weekends)

  • 6:00am – 10:00am
  • 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • 6:00pm – 12:00am
  • Occasional sleepover shifts as required

About the Role
You will be supporting residents within a female-only SIL home, assisting with daily living activities and providing person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.

Essential Requirements
✔ Female Support Worker
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Fully compliant and ready to commence immediately
✔ Experience providing personal care
✔ Experience with manual handling
✔ Comfortable supporting:

  • Two non-verbal participants
  • One immobile participant
