As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a passionate team delivering care that helps people live independently, with dignity and choice.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can step in with confidence, build strong relationships quickly and make a meaningful impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will lead and support a team of Support Workers and Clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care in the community.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to your team
• Coordinate service delivery, including rostering, leave management and shift approvals
• Act as a key point of contact and escalation for operational matters
• Work collaboratively with workforce planning, clinical and sales teams
• Support performance and development through coaching and mentoring
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement
• Foster a safe, inclusive and values-led team environment

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading or supervising large teams
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and rostering
• Confidence navigating change
• Passion for supporting vulnerable communities
• Knowledge of in-home aged care
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Essential requirements

• Certificate IV in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Desirable

• Clinical qualification (Nursing or Allied Health) and AHPRA registration
