We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, assisting customers with complex needs - This opportunity includes 1:1, 24/7 supports, requiring flexibility for all shift times.
About Your New Role
As a member of our disability services team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality care and independence is embedded in the supports provided and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in facilitating innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential. We have both casual and part-time opportunities available in the Rockhampton area.
About You
We are looking for an empathetic person with a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to live independent lives. The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience working with complex behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support plans (Required)
- Flexibility to work weekend and sleep-over shifts
- Ability to manage manual handling and provide personal care
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations

Required Licences:
- A current Driver's Licence (P2 or Open)
- Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
