Disability Support Worker

About the Role
Are you experienced, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Landsborough. This part-time position offers a range of different shifts within a rotating 24/7 roster, including sleepovers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care tailored to each customer’s needs
- Preparing meals and assisting with medication administration
- Offering emotional and mental health support
- Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home
- Encouraging and supporting social and community participation

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with complex behaviors (Required)
- Experience in Disability Support (Highly Desirable)
- Ability to administer medication responsibly
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work within a rotating 24/7 roster, including sleepovers
Essential Requirements
- Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or Open) with own vehicle
- Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Proven experience working with Complex Behaviors
