Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this Aboriginal Health Service in Western Australia to help them find a Chronic Disease Registered Nurse to join their team.
Position Details
As the Chronic Disease/Primary Health Nurse you will play a key part in coordinating, managing, and promoting best-practice care for clients living with chronic disease. This is a general role where you will support various chronic diseases including diabetes and renal care. You will also contribute to safe and efficient resource utilisation and the development and implementation of chronic disease programs within the community.

You will be living in a small town in the Kimberley of Western Australia which offers stunning natural beauty and is the gateway to the rugged Kimberley region. - Commencing 17 July 2026
- Salary of $105,000.00 per annum plus 12.5% superannuation
- $3,000.00 Curis bonus when you complete 6 months
- $5,000.00 relocation allowance
- Fully furnished housing provided FREE! you only pay utilities
- 5 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading

To be eligible for this position you must:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of 2 years’ post-graduate experience in primary health including chronic disease management
- Understanding of Aboriginal health issues and community-controlled health organisations
- A current immunisation certificate eligible within Western Australia is highly regarded. If you do not have this the health service can pay to support, you in completing this
