About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care within a busy Medical Ward. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care
• Administering medications in accordance with legislation and hospital policies
• Monitoring patient progress and escalating concerns appropriately
• Collaborating with medical, nursing and allied health teams
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• IV qualification and medication endorsement
• Minimum 12 months post-graduate hospital experience (medical nursing experience highly regarded)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Relevant immunisation evidence
• Full Working Rights in Australia
