To be eligible for this position you must:
- Be currently registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Have experience in primary health care, general practice, community health or a similar clinical setting, or be a Graduate Registered Nurse with a strong interest in primary care
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certification
- Hold a current Queensland Driver's Licence
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to culturally safe and patient-centred care
- Nurse Immuniser qualification
- Experience in chronic disease management and care planning
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience using Best Practice software
- Previous experience working within an Aboriginal Medical Service
