Working alongside GPs, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and support services, you will contribute to health assessments, care coordination, health promotion activities and community engagement programs.

- Monday to Friday role – no weekends, nights or shift work

To be eligible for this position you must:
- Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
- Hold a Certificate III in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care or be nearing completion
- Have experience working within healthcare, aged care, disability or community services, or a genuine desire to build a career in Aboriginal health
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a current Open C Class Driver Licence
- Hold current CPR certification
- Be able to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
