- Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centred care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
- Provide clinical expertise and leadership within the ward
- Build strong relationships with patients, families and medical teams
- Respond effectively to changing patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an acute surgical ward
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive, team-focused approach
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including day and night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Must have Full Working Rights in Australia
