As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient-centred care, including:
- Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care
- Coordinating care within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Administering medications safely and in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Monitoring patient progress and responding to changing clinical needs
- Supporting best practice and quality improvement initiatives
- Providing leadership and mentorship to junior staff where appropriate
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an acute medical ward environment
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
- Postgraduate qualifications or ongoing postgraduate study highly regarded
