NT - Clinical Lead (Youth Mental Health)

Curis Recruitment is excited to recruit a Clinical Lead for a well-established youth mental health service in Darwin.

Combining leadership, supervision, and clinical practice, you'll play a key role in supporting staff and delivering high-quality mental health care to young people and their families.

Some of the key areas of your role include:

• Clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and support to clinicians.
• Deliver mental health assessments, risk assessments, and therapeutic interventions.
• Support young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns.
• Assist with treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and complex case reviews.
• Manage referrals, service demands, and client flow across the service.

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for AASW membership.
• 5 years' experience working in mental health services.
• Experience providing clinical supervision, leadership, or mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current driver's licence.
• NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
• National Police Check (within the last 3 months).
• Australian working rights.
