Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this fantastic health service based in a small remote town of the Kimberley region in Western Australia to help them find a School Health Clinical Nurse to join their team on an agency contract basis.

Job Details
  • June 2026 start
  • 10-12 week contract
  • $94.19 per hour base rate plus other penalties and 12% superannuation
  • Agency contracts of anywhere from 10-12 weeks are available
  • Fully furnished housing provided
  • Return travel provided
Location
You will be living and working in rural town located in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Serving as a gateway to the scenic Kimberley wilderness, known for its rugged landscapes and Aboriginal cultural heritage. The town is a focal point for activities such as fishing, birdwatching, and exploring nearby national parks like Geikie Gorge and Tunnel Creek. This rural community of 1300 also holds significance as a cultural hub, with opportunities to learn about Indigenous art, history, and traditions through local tours and cultural centres.

Geikie Gorge National Park: Take a boat tour or go hiking to explore the stunning limestone cliffs and see the wildlife in their natural habitats.

To be eligible you must:
  • Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
  • Strong primary health & school health experience is essential
  • Experience in rural or remote nursing highly regarded
  • Have completed all core competencies
  • An up to date police check and WWCC will be required
  • Must have full Australian working rights(i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
