We are assisting them in finding their next outstanding Clinical Care Coordinator to join their dedicated team.

The Position:
  • Permanent full-time opportunity
  • Immediate start available
  • Clinical Care Coordinator
  • Salary package of approximately $110,000–$120,000 + super (dependent on experience)

This role is ideal for an experienced aged care clinician who enjoys leading clinical excellence within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will oversee clinical care delivery, provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing and care teams, ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, support AN-ACC processes, coordinate clinical governance activities, and work closely with management to deliver exceptional, person-centred care to residents.

To be eligible for this position you must have:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably within residential aged care
  • Previous experience in a senior clinical role such as Senior RN, Clinical Lead, Acting Clinical Care Coordinator or similar
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills
  • Experience with care planning, audits, quality improvement and compliance
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Current National Police Check
  • Ability to obtain all required pre-employment checks
