Job Details
The primary function of this position is to provide high-quality nursing care within a primary health setting, including comprehensive health assessments, immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, health screenings, care planning, patient education, health promotion, and preventative care. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care while supporting quality improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Job Details
- Up to $75 per hour base rate (dependent on exp)
- Start 6 July up to 4 weeks
- Clinic Hours Monday to Friday
- Fully furnished housing provided
- Return travel provided

- Current AHPRA registration, no restrictions
- Immunisation experience and certification essential
- Previous Primary Health/Practice nursing experience
- AMS experience highly regarded
- All nursing competencies up to date
- Must have full Australian working rights (i.e. Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
