About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Point Vernon.

We’re currently seeking a new part-time team member to provide in-home support and community access and helping ensure our clients are able to live as independently as possible.

Your day may include:

• Providing personal care tailored to each customers' needs
• Helping with tasks like cleaning, tidying and meal prep
• Assisting with manual handling tasks
• Supporting community access – appointments, shopping or outings
• Creating safe, calm and structured environments
  

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities
• Flexibility to accommodate shifts as required, including sleep-over shifts
• Patience, empathy and a commitment to consistent support

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence (P2 or Open)
• First Aid and CPR certificate
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• QLD Blue Card
