About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team in Point Vernon.
We’re currently seeking a new part-time team member to provide in-home support and community access and helping ensure our clients are able to live as independently as possible.
Your day may include:
- Providing personal care tailored to each customers' needs
- Helping with tasks like cleaning, tidying and meal prep
- Assisting with manual handling tasks
- Supporting community access – appointments, shopping or outings
- Creating safe, calm and structured environments
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities
- Flexibility to accommodate shifts as required, including sleep-over shifts
- Patience, empathy and a commitment to consistent support
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (P2 or Open)
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- QLD Blue Card
