Child Health Nurse | New South Wales | $3000 BONUS

Curis Recruitment are searching for an experienced Child Health Nurse to work with a fantastic Aboriginal Health Service in regional New South Wales.

Position Details

• $3000 Curis Bonus
• Up to $128,440.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation
• Fully furnished subsidised accommodation provided
• Up to $5000 relocation assistance provided
• Permanent full time position
• Commencing July or August 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting and maintaining the health of children, providing support and education to families, and advocating for the wellbeing of young individuals.
• Tracking physical, emotional, and cognitive development milestones to ensure children are growing and progressing as expected
• Performing routine health screenings and assessing children for any health concerns or developmental delays
• Administering immunisations to children
• The provision of guidance and education to parents and caregivers on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, safety, and child development
• Working closely with children and families who have chronic health conditions, provide education, support, and help manage the condition to promote optimal health and well-being

Qualifications and Experience

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• At least 12 months recent experience in Child Health Nursing
• Current WWCC & National Crime Check or ability to obtain
• Valid NSW Driver's License
• Demonstrated ability to provide nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents across various health conditions and developmental stages.
• Effective communication with children and adolescents, as well as their parents or guardians.
