Care Worker – Night Duty | Casual

If you are an experienced Care Worker who prefers night work, this role will suit you well.

  • Up to $35.98 p/h + Casual Loading, penalty rates and Super
  • Great Aged Care opportunities for qualified carers

What you’ll be doing in this role

  • You’ll provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home, to help support their independence and improve their quality of life
  • Providing assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, help with general mobility
  • Assisting with medication and simple wound dressings

Who we’re looking for

  • You’ll have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
  • You’ll have previous experience in facility based aged care
  • You’ll be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, and you will be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
