Join Resthaven In the position of Village Settlements Coordinator, Retirement Living in our Operations division based at our modern head office at Wayville and supporting the retirement living team across services. This is a full -time permanent position. You will be required to
- Support prospective residents and their families from initial enquiries through to occupation of their new home
- Support the retirement living team with the timely allocation of units to new residents and ensuring excellence in customer service delivery
- Be the first point of contact for potential new residents
- Prepare contract documentation and marketing material
- Assist with property administration and support unit refurbishment activities
- Support residents, their families and the sales team through the unit exit process
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in Retirement, Hospitality, or Property Management.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and judgement, make well informed and timely decisions, and respond to changing demands and situations.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to providing excellent customer services.
