About the Role

As Executive Assistant to the Executive General Manager Quality & Care Excellence and their senior leadership team, you'll play a critical role supporting a senior healthcare leader responsible for clinical governance, quality, risk and resident outcomes across Regis.

This is more than diary management. You'll become a trusted partner, helping coordinate priorities, support governance processes, prepare business papers and contribute to projects that directly influence the quality of care delivered across our homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars, meetings and executive priorities
  • Coordinating committee and governance processes
  • Preparing agendas, papers, presentations and executive correspondence
  • Supporting minute-taking and action tracking across clinical and quality forums
  • Assisting with projects, reporting and operational initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

What You'll Bring

  • Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Practice Manager or similar experience
  • Exposure to healthcare, aged care, hospital, clinical, quality, patient services or other regulated environments
  • Confidence navigating clinical terminology and healthcare documentation
  • Strong writing skills with experience preparing minutes, reports or governance materials
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Professional judgement, discretion and a proactive approach
