The Facility Manager Position:

With an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager at each site, dedicated administration support and Registered Nurse coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you'll be joining a well-supported environment where you can focus on leadership, quality outcomes and continuous improvement rather than being solely responsible for day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operational, clinical and financial management of two residential aged care facilities
- Inspire, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
- Foster a culture focused on quality, safety and person-centred care
- Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and the wider community
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Support recruitment, workforce planning and staff development
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience managing an aged care facility or in a senior aged care leadership role
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
