Resthaven is seeking a community-minded Scheduling Partner to join our Limestone Coast Community Services team in a permanent full-time position.
Choose your base: Mount Gambier, Millicent or Naracoorte.
As a Scheduling Partner, you'll play a vital role in connecting older people with the support they need to remain living safely and independently in their own homes. By coordinating care staff and services, you'll ensure clients receive the right support at the right time while building strong relationships with clients, families and the broader Community Services team.

Essential Criteria
- Experience in rostering and scheduling
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Certificate III in Community Services (Ageing/Disability) or a relevant health qualification (desirable)
