Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of primary healthcare clinics, outreach programs and community health services. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally safe healthcare while overseeing organisational performance, budgets, governance, compliance and resource management.
Working closely with the Executive Team and Board, you will build and maintain strong partnerships with government, Aboriginal organisations and key stakeholders to support the organisation's strategic objectives and improve health outcomes across remote communities.

The Organisation
You will be joining a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of remote communities in the Northern Territory.
Supported by an experienced Executive Leadership Team, you will work alongside passionate professionals committed to delivering high-quality, culturally safe healthcare and improving health outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Business, Public Health or a related discipline.
- Experience in primary healthcare and/or not-for-profit environments.
- Senior executive or operational leadership experience.
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams across multiple service locations.
- Experience in strategic planning, operational management and organisational performance.
- Financial management skills, including budget oversight, resource allocation and organisational reporting.
- Stakeholder engagement experience with government agencies, Aboriginal organisations, community leaders and external partners.
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Australian Working Visa or New Zealand Citizenship).
