About the Role

The Group Manager Quality & Clinical Operations Support is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening quality, clinical governance and regulatory assurance across Regis.

  • Lead and develop a national team of Quality Business Partners
  • Provide strategic quality and clinical advice to operational leaders
  • Oversee risk and compliance activities across homes and services
  • Lead remediation and recovery support for services requiring additional assistance
  • Drive organisational readiness for regulatory monitoring, assessment and registration activities
  • Analyse quality and risk data to identify priorities and continuous improvement opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant leadership experience in quality, clinical governance, compliance or operational assurance
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience leading audits, accreditation, monitoring or registration activities
  • Proven ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability and experience using quality and risk data to drive outcomes
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing (AHPRA registered)
