Social Worker Community Services - Berri Location

Resthaven was established in 1935 and is one of a select few providers to offer the full range of aged care services. Proudly South Australian, Resthaven is a financially independent, not-for-profit charity associated with the Uniting Church in Australia.
Resthaven Community Services at Berri need a part-time permanent Social Worker to join the team.This role is offered as a 0.6 - to 0.8 position.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work
- Experience in reviewing procedures and implement new models of service delivery to per client and organisational requirements
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
- Current Drivers Licence and Car
