Registered Nurse | Rural Victoria | Aged Care, Acute & Urgent Care

The Position

• Registered Nurse
• Permanent Full Time or Part Time opportunities available
• Salary packaging available
• Hourly rate in line with experience and Victorian Public Health EBA
• 6 months' free accommodation (shared or single accommodation, subject to availability)
• Work across residential aged care, acute inpatient and urgent care services
• Supportive multidisciplinary team with genuine opportunities for professional development

This position offers a diverse clinical workload where no two days are the same. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care, administer medications, complete comprehensive clinical assessments, coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team, mentor junior staff and contribute to maintaining best practice standards across the service.

Salary

• Registered Nurse Grade 2
• $38.95 - $51.49 per hour (dependent on experience)*
• Penalty rates, superannuation and salary packaging available

*Salary aligned with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Nurses and Midwives) Enterprise Agreement.

To be eligible for this position you must have:

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care, acute, emergency or rural nursing
• Sound clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current National Police Check
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Driver's Licence
