You will be joining a growing and values driven allied health provider based in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, dedicated to delivering high quality, person centred Occupational Therapy services. Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients from children through to older adults, across community and clinic settings, providing tailored occupational therapy services and support for a range of psychosocial and physical disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence based interventions that support clients to achieve their functional goals and maximise independence.
- Provide person centred care while building strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, organisation, and autonomy in managing your caseload.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, compliance, and professional practice while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-graduate experience working as an Occupational Therapist with children and adults
- NDIS experience preferred but not essential
- Current and unrestricted driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
