We are seeking an exceptional Regional General Manager to lead our South Australia and Tasmania portfolio. About the Role

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will lead a growing portfolio of homes across South Australia and Tasmania, ensuring exceptional care and services, strong operational performance, and a positive employee experience.

Working closely with Home Managers and support teams, you will build leadership capability and high-performing teams, embed the Regis Way across the region, strengthen quality, care and service outcomes, improve commercial performance, and create environments where residents, families and employees thrive. You will be a visible and inspiring leader who creates alignment, empowers others and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be expected to think beyond your portfolio. You will contribute to enterprise priorities, collaborate across regions, share expertise, and help shape the culture, capability and future success of Regis.

Based in Adelaide, this role requires regular travel across South Australia and Tasmania to support homes and leadership teams across the portfolio.
