About Your New Role
As part of our Brisbane South Team, you will be providing 1:1 supports to customers with complex needs within our accommodation services. Our Disability Support Workers are the forefront of delivering exceptional care and implementing innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.
By joining our team, you'll partner with experts who are passionate about offering specialised training opportunities, ensuring that you have the tools needed to enhance the support we provide.
About You
- Excels in complex support environments, including Clinical Settings, In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, and Community Access
- Experience with health support, medication assistance, manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
- Has extensive experience working with complex support needs, implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, clear understanding of restrictive practices and handling mental and physical health challenges
- Demonstrates the ability to prioritise workloads and respond to emergent situations with ease
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and sleep overs

Requirements
- A current Driver's Licence (P2 Minimum)
- Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with high-complex needs
