As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you'll provide specialist assessment, therapeutic intervention and case management to young people aged 12 to 25 and their families, supporting those experiencing early psychosis and other complex mental health challenges.
You'll work within a multidisciplinary youth mental health service providing a broad range of mental health, medical, sexual health, vocational and social support. This gives you the opportunity to work holistically with young people and be part of a service that supports far more than just their immediate mental health needs.
Working alongside the Clinical Lead, you'll provide clinical leadership and support to a committed Primary Team, helping ensure interventions are evidence-based and tailored to the unique developmental needs of young people. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you'll contribute to clinical reviews, auditing and continuous quality improvement.

- *$2,000 Curis Sign-Up Bonus*
- Permanent full-time position or fixed-term contract
- 2 FTE positions - relocate with your partner or a friend
- Monday to Friday role — no shift work
- Base salary of $90,000–$99,999
- 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually to boost your take-home pay
- 5 weeks annual leave
- 12 weeks paid parental leave
- 5 paid study days per year
- 1 hour paid 'self-care' time each fortnight
- Live and work in tropical Darwin

Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or a related discipline
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for AASW membership
- Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring and leadership
- Experience supporting young people experiencing mental health challenges, including psychosis and complex presentations
- Strong mental health assessment, risk management and therapeutic intervention skills
- Full Australian working rights
