This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare or practice manager seeking a senior leadership position where you can make a genuine difference while enjoying a relaxed regional lifestyle.
The Position
- $120,000 – $150,000 per annum plus superannuation, dependent on experience
- 37.5 hours per week
- Fixed-term contract of up to 3 years
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per year
- $20 per week mobile phone allowance
- $0.88 per kilometre vehicle allowance where required
- 20 days annual leave plus 17.5% loading
- Some out-of-hours, on-call and weekend work may be required
- Relocation assistance can be considered
Your role will include:
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
- Workforce planning, recruitment, staff development and performance management
- Ensuring funding, KPI, accreditation and compliance requirements are met
- Leading quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting Medicare billing and health data reporting
- Supporting budget management and financial sustainability
- Managing policies, systems and operational procedures
- Building strong relationships with healthcare providers and external stakeholders
- Supporting strategic planning and service development

To be eligible for this position you must:
- Have 1–2 years minimum experience in healthcare, health service or practice management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner
- Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of accreditation and compliance requirements
- Experience with funding and operational contracts
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Working with Children Check/police clearance or ability to obtain
- Current NSW Class C driver's licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian working rights
