Practice Manager | New South Wales | 3 month contract

The Details

• Commencing 7 September 2026
• 3 month agency contract
• $94 per hour plus 12% superannuation
• Fully furnished housing provided
• Return travel provided
• Use of a car provided

As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the GP Clinic, Specialist and Allied Health Clinics and Dental Clinic. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a team, drive continuous improvement and ensure the smooth and effective operation of services.

Your role will include:

• Leading and supporting a team
• Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
• Workforce planning, recruitment, staff development and performance management
• Ensuring funding, KPI, accreditation and compliance requirements are met
• Leading quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting Medicare billing and health data reporting
• Supporting budget management and financial sustainability
• Managing policies, systems and operational procedures
• Building strong relationships with healthcare providers and external stakeholders
• Supporting strategic planning and service development

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Have 1–2 years minimum experience in practice management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner
