About the Role

As Senior Legal Counsel, you'll work closely with the General Counsel, Property Team and senior leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice across:

  • Property acquisitions, divestments and due diligence
  • Development projects, major works and construction matters
  • Procurement, operations and commercial contracts
  • Asset management, leasing and portfolio optimisation initiatives
  • Strategic business priorities and growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Australian legal practitioner with current practising certificate
  • 5+ years PQE across property, construction and commercial law
  • Experience with acquisitions, disposals, development and major works
  • In-house experience and a practical commercial mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
  • Ability to balance legal risk with pragmatic business outcomes
