This is a role where you'll work directly with young people in the community, providing practical support, outreach, advocacy and connection to services. You'll build trusted relationships, support young people experiencing complex challenges and help create positive pathways through youth programs, family support and community engagement.

- $2,000 Curis Sign-Up Bonus*
- Live and work in a stunning remote coastal community
- Permanent or fixed-term contract option
- Base salary $80,000 - $89,999 + 12% superannuation
- Temporary accommodation may be available to help you settle into the role

Essential Criteria
- 2 years' experience working in a community-based setting
- Knowledge of youth justice, child protection and local youth and family services
- Experience engaging vulnerable young people through outreach, support work or group programs
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
- Ability to work respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, families and communities
- Current driver's licence
- Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Full Australian working rights
