- Monday to Friday — no shift work
- Base salary of $110,000–$119,999
- 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually to boost your take-home pay
- 5 weeks annual leave

- 1 hour paid 'self-care' time each fortnight

As Clinical Lead, you'll provide clinical leadership to the Early Psychosis team while maintaining a small clinical caseload, giving you the opportunity to influence practice without stepping completely away from direct client work.
Working alongside the Early Psychosis Program Manager, you'll support a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, developmentally appropriate and family-inclusive care to young people aged 12–25. You'll mentor clinicians, provide guidance around complex clinical presentations and help foster a strong culture of quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will enjoy:

Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification in Mental Health Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline
- Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional membership
- Experience delivering early intervention mental health services
- Experience providing clinical leadership and supervision within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical assessment, risk management and decision-making skills
- Commitment to improving service access, cultural safety and outcomes for young people, including young Aboriginal people
