Physiotherapist Community Services - Murray Mallee Hills

Resthaven is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Community Services team in a permanent full-time position, based from our Murray Bridge office.
Working across Murray Bridge, Littlehampton and the Adelaide Hills and Murray Mallee, you'll provide person-centred physiotherapy to older people, supporting them through restorative, rehabilitation and maintenance programs tailored to their individual needs and goals.
This is an opportunity to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, building relationships with clients while delivering contemporary, evidence-based physiotherapy within the community.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess clients with a range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and deliver individual restorative, rehabilitation and maintenance programs.
- Provide physiotherapy services to individual clients and groups.
- Continually review treatment plans and evaluate client outcomes.
- Embed a goal-oriented, person-centred approach to care and service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, health professionals and multidisciplinary team members.
- Supervise and support Therapy Assistants and students.
- Maintain professional clinical documentation and contribute to quality outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
We're looking for a Physiotherapist who can work confidently and independently while enjoying the support and collaboration of a multidisciplinary team. To be successful int he role you'll bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist. (Essential)
- A current driver's licence.
- Demonstrated professional practice as a Physiotherapist.
- An understanding of ageing and the needs of older people, their families and carers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage your work with minimal supervision.
- A commitment to contemporary, evidence-based practice and quality outcomes.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working with older clients in a multidisciplinary environment or measuring client outcomes is highly desirable.
