The Support at Home program manual has been updated to help in-home care providers prepare for 1 July 2025.

Updates include:

• classification funding amounts
• registered supporters
• transitioned HCP care recipients and their HCP unspent funds
• starting and ceasing services.

The program manual is a guide to help you understand and comply with the Support at Home program rules, procedures and obligations.

A further update to the manual will be published in June, prior to commencement of Support at Home.
