Reporting to the HR Systems & Business Solution Lead, you'll be responsible for the effective operation, governance, and continuous improvement of Uniting's HR systems landscape.

You'll lead a small specialist team and oversee the delivery of Tier 2 HR systems support, ensuring employees and leaders receive a high-quality service experience while maintaining strong governance, data integrity, and system performance.

Working closely with People Experience, Digital teams, HR specialists, and business stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve user experience, and maximise the value of our HR technology investments.

  • Monitor system performance, risks, incidents, and data quality
  • Support configuration governance aligned to best practice principles

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Lead initiatives that improve HR systems and people processes
  • Analyse system usage, service trends, and stakeholder feedback
  • Simplify, standardise, and automate processes where possible
  • Promote adoption of Dayforce best practice and "adopt not adapt" approaches

Support Change and Release Delivery

  • Partner with HRIS specialists on system enhancements and upgrades
  • Oversee testing, release readiness and implementation activities
  • Coordinate change delivery across People Experience, Digital, and business teams

Leverage Data and Insights

  • Oversee HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics outputs
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
  • Use insights to inform priorities, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Lead and Influence

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Systems & Process Analyst team
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across HR, Digital, and operational teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HR systems service delivery and improvement opportunities
