Salary & Benefits
This position offers a base salary of $101,341 per annum, along with attractive benefits including:
- 12% Superannuation
- Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Annual airfare of $1,683 (after 12 months of service)
- Optional salary sacrifice options up to $30,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Lead non-clinical operations within the Health Centre, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organisational policies.
- Manage and support a dedicated team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
- Oversee service agreements, equipment maintenance, and inventory management to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the holistic health and well-being of Aboriginal communities through effective service delivery and advocacy.
- Coordinate workforce management including recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Oversee service agreements and manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain efficient reception services and support administrative functions.

To be successful in this role you will have
- A strong background in administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Current Federal Police clearance and a valid "C" class Drivers Licence
