Salary & Benefits
This position offers a base salary of $101,341 per annum, along with attractive benefits including:

  • 12% Superannuation
  • Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum (pro rata)
  • Annual airfare of $1,683 (after 12 months of service)
  • Optional salary sacrifice options up to $30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Lead non-clinical operations within the Health Centre, ensuring compliance with health regulations and organisational policies.
  • Manage and support a dedicated team, fostering professional development and performance excellence.
  • Oversee service agreements, equipment maintenance, and inventory management to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the holistic health and well-being of Aboriginal communities through effective service delivery and advocacy.
  • Coordinate workforce management including recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and budgets, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Oversee service agreements and manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain efficient reception services and support administrative functions.

To be successful in this role you will have
  • A strong background in administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Current Federal Police clearance and a valid "C" class Drivers Licence
